Pixelation Hallucinations

You know when you are watching those stupid "world's greatest cop chase" shows and they pixelate the number plates of the cars? When I left the house this morning I had to do a double take on this car because it looked like the number plate was pixelated. It wasn't a flash-back, just a customer of the smash repairer across the road.
