Illustration Friday: Scale

I started a rendering of some beautiful, retro, red scales but that was a little ambitious considering I didn't have much time this week.

At work we have been designing a layout of a brochure for a financial company and they didn't like any ideas for the cover images that we showed them. They didn't give us any indication of what they would like either. I drew this as an option and realised later that it can work on two levels for the theme "scale".

I guess I was accidentally clever.

I always, always dig what you do.

your client comment made me chuckle - you were very polite about it! it goes without saying, whenever I hear a client say: "oh, we don't know what we want - we'll know it when we see it," I know it's curtains for me.

It's great how things can work out that way hu?

Ahhh clients - hehehe, what can I say? Sometimes they don't know a good thing when they see it.
And this is a really great piece :)
